These were banned in my household. My mom thought I would need my ankles someday, go figure. I’m not sure if it requires more or less effort than an actual skateboard would, but operating a board on two wheels seems more challenging. I’m sure that’s part of the appeal. The best forms of transport make something hard look easy. Cars can’t relate.
