It involves individuals filming themselves eating larger mass of food while interacting with their audience through live streaming or pre-recorded videos. Mukbang videos can range from home cooked meals to elaborate foods from restaurants and the focus is typically on sound and visuals of eating. Viewers of Mukbang videos often watch for entertainment, relaxation, or companionship as videos similar the experience of sharing a meal with someone. Mukbangschave became popular on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok etc.

Selling products and promoting business on social media, if you have a business/ product or interested in digital marketing, this is a form of content for social media. Creating visuals to capture an audience to further sell your product. This can be done on any form of social media, although one example, the TikTok shop has gained extreme popularized over the last year for small businesses-large businesses to sell their products easily and very accessible for viewers to reach. Creating just a small video but making it engaging and entertaining in a way for people to notice you and show interest in the product you’re selling and ultimately purchase.
